Your team: a story ready with every news
Your fans say yes once. With each of your news, a track, a show, a project, they get a story ready to post. And you know who brought people to your page.

You have news for your fans: a track coming out, a show date, a video, a crowdfunding. You post it, then you message your followers one by one: “can you share this?”. It works once, twice, then the messages get lost. VYU now does that work for you, with your team.
What your fans see
On your page, when a fan posts a story, leaves a note or gives you a gift, a box is offered: “Join Lorgue's team”. It is unticked by default, and says everything it implies: your news by email, twice a month at most, with their story ready to post. Their email stays private, and they can leave in one click from every email.
Nothing more. No account, no password. They already gave their first name and address for their story, the box only adds their consent.
What you announce
In your space, the Team menu. Any news: a track coming out, a show, a crowdfunding opening, a video, a date. You pick what it is, VYU suggests a title, you edit it if you like, you add a word, you send.
Every team member then gets an email in your name, in their language, with their story already made: “I love “Nuit blanche” by Malo Ferrand” for a track, “I'm a fan of Malo Ferrand” for a show or a project, with their first name at the bottom and your page link. One button, “Post to your story”. As they post, your page link is copied, ready to paste into a link sticker: their followers land straight on your page.
A banner scrolls at the top of your page with your news, and for a track, it also moves to the front. And you get your own story, with your photo and your news, to post for your followers. Even without a team: at first nobody has joined, and your news still goes on your page and in your story.
Twice a month, no more
A team that gets an email every week stops opening them. So VYU limits news to two a month, and the box tells the fan before they tick it. It is also what makes the sending lawful without debate: they know what they will get.
You know who brought people to your page
Every story a fan posts carries a link of their own. When someone reaches your page through that link, the visit is counted for them. On your wall, Léa's line says “brought 8 people”. In your space, every news tells you how many stories were posted and how many people they brought.
These are visits to your page, not plays. VYU never counts a play and never rewards listening.
The thank-you, 48 hours later
Two days after their share, a team member gets your thank-you, with what their story brought: “Your story introduced Lorgue to 8 people”. You write your word once in your space, it goes out in your name. And when a story brought nobody, the thank-you still goes, without a number.
Someone who sees the effect of their gesture does it again. That is the whole idea.
To get started
Nothing to set up: the box is already on your page, in every form. Your first members arrive with your first stories. With your next news, open the Team menu and announce it. Everything about the team, from the box to the thank-you, is on the Team page.
